We want to offer you as good an experience as possible and part of this is obviously getting your package home quickly. The essential information is found below.

Partner & delivery time

All our packages are sent traceable with UPS or Postnord and domestically the estimated delivery time is 2-5 working days. We send from Sweden and we estimate that packages sent internationally should arrive within 4-10 working days. Please note that no packages are sent on weekends and public holidays. Sometimes packages that have not been successfully delivered to the door or mailbox end up at the postal office instead, you should in that case receive a notification letter.

How do I track my order?

UPS and Postnord automatically adds packages that match your email address or phone number. It is also possible to follow your order via UPS and Postnord's website with the tracking number you receive. If you have not received a tracking number, you can contact us and we will send it to you.

How much does shipping cost?

The price of shipping varies depending on the number of products and the weight of your order. This is automatically calculated at checkout.

Shipping outside the EU.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, local customs duties and import fees may apply. These charges are set by your country’s customs office and are unfortunately outside of our control. Any such fees are the responsibility of the customer.
